Where do you ship from?
I ship orders from Bangor, Maine, USA. I Process and pack orders all by myself, save from the occasional help from my best friend Jenna :)

I'd like to change the address on my order. Can I?
Of course! Please reach out to me over email ([email protected]) and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
If you ordered an in-stock item and would like to cancel before it ships, yes. Unfortunetly, due to the nature of pre-orders I can not cancel them. Please think carefully if you want to order before you do so, as cancalations can hurt me as a small busniness.

My item hasn't arrived yet! What should I do?
Don't panic! First, please check your order confirmation email to see if your order was a Pre-Order item. The shipping dates for these items are usually 1-2 months after pre-orders close, and estimated shipment dates are always stated in the item description. I Always post updates for pre-orders on my store account, @raspbi.shop on instagram.
If your order is NOT a pre-order, and you received a shipping email, please check the tracking. If an item gets lost in the mail, and I have more on hand, I will ship out a new one ONCE given I am paid back shipping.
I do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items, as it is not my responsibility once it hits the mailstream.

My order is missing an item!
Oh no! I am so sorry, sometimes things get mixed up while I am packing. Please send me a screenshot of your order confirmation and a picture of what you received over email ([email protected]) and we can figure something out! :)

I would like to add an item to my order.
Can do! Please contact me and i will give you a free shipping discount code to bundle your orders.
